Web Developer Intern

AlightWay Solutions is hiring Web Developer Interns for a 3-month unpaid internship. You'll build and maintain real, live websites for actual clients — gaining hands-on experience with front-end and/or back-end development in a professional setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your web development skills while contributing to projects that go live for real businesses.

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work with frameworks such as React, WordPress, or similar, depending on project needs
• Convert design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into functional web pages
• Test websites across browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance
• Fix bugs and optimize website speed and performance
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the SEO team on live client sites

Interns who successfully complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion along with live project work for their portfolio.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with at least one framework/CMS (React, WordPress, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus
• Portfolio of previous web projects (college/personal projects acceptable)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Own laptop with a working development setup
• Available to commit to the internship for 3 months
