Graphic Designer Intern

AlightWay Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team for a 3-month unpaid internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real, live client projects — not simulated exercises — and build a portfolio that reflects actual industry work.

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create visual assets for websites, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns. You'll receive mentorship from experienced designers and gain exposure to the full creative workflow, from brief to final delivery.

• Design social media creatives, banners, and promotional graphics for live client campaigns
• Assist in creating brand identity assets such as logos, color palettes, and style guides
• Support the team in creating marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and flyers
• Collaborate with the marketing and web teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
• Incorporate feedback from senior designers and revise designs accordingly

On successful completion of the 3-month internship, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from AlightWay Solutions along with project work you can add directly to your portfolio.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
• Basic understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory
• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills (student projects are acceptable)
• Ability to take feedback constructively and revise work within deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Own laptop with required design software installed
• Available to commit to the internship on a full-time or agreed part-time basis for 3 months
