SEO Executive

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to manage and grow our organic search presence across digital platforms. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic and lead generation.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and develop SEO content strategies.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Build and manage backlink profiles through white-hat link-building techniques.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team.
• Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics monthly.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.

Strong proficiency in:

• Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
• Yoast SEO or Rank Math (WordPress)
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO principles.
• Experience with local SEO and schema markup is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce SEO.
• Familiarity with content marketing and blogging.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.
