We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Female) to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects
- Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and outcomes
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or graduate (any stream)
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
