Job Summary:As a Digital Marketing Education Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding and advising individuals on digital marketing education and career paths. You will be responsible for providing information about digital marketing courses, career opportunities, industry trends, and educational pathways to help individuals make informed decisions about their digital marketing career journey.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and update digital marketing course curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials based on industry trends, best practices, and student feedback.
  2. Design engaging lesson plans, presentations, and activities to teach digital marketing concepts, strategies, tools, and techniques.
  3. Deliver lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to educate students on topics such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics, and content marketing.
  4. Provide hands-on training using digital marketing tools, platforms, and software to help students gain practical experience.
  5. Facilitate group discussions, case studies, and projects to encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.
  6. Assess student learning through quizzes, assignments, projects, exams, and presentations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  7. Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement to ensure a positive learning experience and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  8. Stay updated with industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends in digital marketing to enhance teaching methods and content relevance.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues, industry experts, and guest speakers to enrich the learning experience and provide real-world insights to students.
  10. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, pedagogy, and educational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related roles with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  3. Teaching experience in a formal educational setting, training institute, or corporate training environment is highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and software such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
  6. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering students to succeed in the digital marketing industry.
  7. Ability to adapt teaching methods, customize content, and use technology for interactive learning experiences.
  8. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage classroom dynamics and student interactions.
  9. Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and staying updated with educational trends and pedagogical approaches.
  10. Certification in digital marketing or teaching credentials (e.g., teaching certificate, TESOL/TEFL certification) is a plus.
